Restore oidc v1

Closes https://gitlab.cern.ch/webservices/webframeworks-planning/-/issues/403

✅ I've fixed the autologin patch to work.
✅ I also added an option on site installation to NOT have email errors while installing.
✅ I added admin cancel command after site installation so no accounts are on a new Drupal site.
