Nginx logging set to be used by fluentd and exposing IP on nginx logs

Nginx logs have been modified to include:

• Real IP Addressed provided from Openshift routers
• Request time
• Removal of _site/_php-fpm-status access logs as automated health-checks are not required to be logged
• Using error_log level to avoid unnecessary verbosity on access_logs
