Upgrade drupal core to 10.4.5

Following the Drupal core security vulnerability detailed here https://www.drupal.org/sa-core-2025-004. The drupal team suggest to upgrade existing drupal sites to 10.4.5 where the vulnerability is not more exploitable.

currently the sites are using 10.4.3
