Upgrade drupal core to 10.4.5

Following the Drupal core security vulnerability detailed here https://www.drupal.org/sa-core-2025-004. The drupal team suggest to upgrade existing drupal sites to 10.4.5 where the vulnerability is not more exploitable.

currently the sites are using 10.4.3

i have validate it home-10.4.5.cern but not on s2i sites. Do you want to me to move it as ready anyway or wait for the test

We can wait for the test on s2i, and any other validation you think is necessary!
