Updated composer.json to include updated modules and themes for Drupal 9:

I have also removed some duplicate entries, e.g. cern-indico-feeds: Were these intentional?

Per comment on !53 (closed), I have not updated the specific version numbers.

All modules and themes in the d9 subgroup have received new tags from their respective master branches.
