Apply patch for FieldPluginBase::getEntity

Applies patch #122 from https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/3007424.

Fixes multiple usages of FieldPluginBase::getEntity do not check for NULL, leading to WSOD.

Should be applied to v9.2-1 and v9.3-1.
