Improve cloneFrom copy fields & add clone tests

• Fix incorrect diskSize comparision in cloneFrom logic. Simplify by always making it equal to the source site value
• Consume cloneFrom value after the clone is finished (Fixes https://gitlab.cern.ch/webservices/webframeworks-planning/-/issues/1001)
• Add unit tests for cloning
