Remove old eos-fuse-* rpms, pack `eosfusebind` into eos-fusex-core

I tested the commit rpms on a container: https://storage-ci.web.cern.ch/storage-ci/eos/diopside/commit/el-7/x86_64/eos-fusex-core-5.0.26-20220701161043git28c2616.el7.cern.x86_64.rpm

I and eosfusebind is present, for the moment the credential folder will remain under /var/run/eosd to avoid possible mishaps.
