Cleaning up and sorting out a few error messages

Notes:

  • Supressed warnings associated with missing branches. These are expected as the skims drop these branches
  • Supressed warnings associated with aco_CP calculations. These are due to how 4-vectors are handled in coffea. Waiting on developers advise on this. However, they do not affect the variables physically.
