Update 2020-04-01.md

Some comments from my side:

• actions: I don't think that those actions really arose from the meeting...
• the ideal e-lens module and the Chebyshev ones are not one the upgrade of the other one, but two complementary modules;
• some minor English revision and minor corrections.
