Renames, use pep8 conventions where possible

Victor Hugo Ruelas Rivera requested to merge viruelas/easyjet:easyjet-46-Merge-utils-Config into master
  • Do some renaming of files in /config, cpalgs and /utils to keep consistency
  • Do renaming of functions in files to keep consistency (pep8 where possible)
  • Move out functions from files and placed them where they seemed to fit better
