Update to new TAG for hh4b-test-files: mc23PHYS.
- In this tag we now have PHYS and PHYSLITE HHbbyy files, and one mc23 dijets sample.
Added a CI test for the mc23-jets sample.
To be able to run on mc23a added the mc23a MC campaign: mc23a = "r14622".
- NB since we have mc21a (also covering 2022), the enums were defined as this:
```
  r13829 = (2022,)
  r14622 = (2022,2023)
```

(it won't allow two r-tags with the same year). --> Suggestions to avoid this are welcome :).

Added empty 2023 trigger lists (since mc23a is now defined ad 2022+2023).
