Made TauDecoratorAlg config agnostic from channel

This MR aims at removing the channel property from the TauDecoratorAlg to allow to process at the time the LepHad and HadHad channels. This is achieved by checking the lepton event content, trying to infer in which channel an event will end in. The lepton selections used in the LepHad channels are used by default but they are left configurable.
