Include KinematicFitTool submodule and port into release 24

Alexandra Claire Sidley requested to merge alsidley/easyjet:alsidley_KinematicFit into main

KinematicFitTool added as submodule in easyjet and minor changes were made to the tool (syntax, included packages) to make it compatible with Release 24.
