VBF tagger for bbyy analysis

Add the VBF tagger and additional VBF jets related variables Note: 1. the additional VBF jets related variables has been included in !548 (merged) 2. the code of this MR crashes in the events with low VBF jj score, will make another MR when the issue is solved
