Update 2023 photon trigger chain
The MR updates the 2023 trigger following the trigger twiki: https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/viewauth/Atlas/LowestUnprescaled#Egamma
From the trigger issue 2023 page (https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/Atlas/TriggerIssues2023), in runs from 451094 to 451569 all egamma triggers unusable for analysis.
In addition the eFEX stabilised for the 1200 bunch runs (from run 451587 onwards) so only run with 1200 bunches can be used in the analysis.
