Variable nominal weight index for particular samples
Adding a possible workaround for samples with nominal weight index different than 0. Works for the NOSYS cases --> cutflow. However the application of systematics variation is not trivial. A jira ticket has been created to follow up the issue : https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/AGENE-2272
