Draft: Add config block for FTAG event SF

Update jet config to use the Athena FlavourTaggingEventSF config block. This yields some difference in the FTAG event SF as the config in Athena has now been updated to only consider jets after overlap removal, while the config we have been using didn't include this refinement yet. The scheduling/depence is not crystal-clear to the non-expert, so I clearly spelled it out in the config.
