Fixes for G->HH->bbbb

Victor Hugo Ruelas Rivera requested to merge (removed):change-photon-WP-to-LooseNonIso into master
  • Remove condition that p-tag should exists (to allow datasets which do not have a p-tag but still have cut book keepers like the G->HH->bbbb sample)
    • P-tag check relies only on the list of bad ptags that create issues for cut book keepers
  • Change Photons working point from "Loose.Undefined" to "Loose.NonIso"
  • Cleanup
    • Removed duplicated TruthParticleInformationAlg
