Cleaned up old p5631/p5632 files + added new p6026 (24.0.21) files

Notes:

GN2v01 only available in DAOD_PHYS, missing in PHYSLITE because atlas/athena!68640 (merged) made it only in 24.0.23
PHYSLITE cannot be produced for FastSim because of the missing EGamma recommendations
