    In this MR the following changes are made to DerivationFrameworkART
 * Adding train tests (for data, 100 events without skimming)
 * Fixing the flavour tagging configuration for both data and MC
 * adding ```athenaopts="s"``` to the TRUTH format merging for debugging purposes
