Several amendments to DerivationFrameworkART 

In this MR the following changes are made to DerivationFrameworkART
 * EXOT7 and SUSY9 are added to their trains
 * Tests are included for BPHY7,8 and 10 on the BLS and delayedBPhys streams
 * All events are processed for a given input file, unless there is a specific need to process fewer
