Modified HIGG4D1 skim

As requested by the H->mumu analysis team, the muon eta criterion was changed from |eta|<2.5 to |eta|<2.7. This leads to an improvment in the H->mumu analysis. The size incease is minimal (tested on ttbar sample, size increased by 1.8% relative to the previous size).
