Instead of setting inputs with a separate function call, all neccessary inputs are now given as argument to the overlap functions.
As a consequence, these functions now need to return a status code and the result is communicated via reference argument instead.
The number of public functions in the header is further reduced, only three different option to calculate OR info and a Frixione
isolation function remans.

In the end, while it having them as two separate functions could probably result in an infinitesimally faster binary, code maintenance-wise it was not a good choice to have two functions with such a large overlap. So now the same function takes care of making both shallow and deep copies.

A lot of time is spend with filling the std::map for each isPassed()
call. Changing it to an unordered_map makes this process measurably
faster.
