Allow a new option for people to configure the electron selection
tools using a configuration file instead of a pre-defined working
point. This commit also contains updates for the new jet uncertainty
recommendations, which obsoletes the JetResolution package

Following the update in AlgSequence, I implemented the insertsion and
deletion operations for AnaAlgSequence as well.

At the same time fixed a typo that I only noticed while writing
validation code for the algorithms.

Taught it how to accept insert requests, and how to delete an existing
algorithm/sequence from the sequence.

Did not introduce a __delitem__ function, since Athena configurables
don't have such a function defined on them either.

Using a wildcard for selecting the containers to write is not a good idea anymore,
since the AnaAlgSequence configuration bases the intermediate container names of
the sequences on the output container name.

For now just switched the jobs to only writing the systematically not varied objects
to the mini-xAOD output.
