Allow ART testing script to recognize DAODs (coming from the previous
nightly's ART tests) as an input. Also added a single new ART test to
test this out with the SUSY1 derivation.

The minimum pt for the legacy VR track jets remains at 2 GeV for
backward compatibility. The raised cut reduces the CPU consumption of
the GhostTag jets to 77% of that for legacy VR track jets. I've also
removed the `ptminFilter` option from both jet collections, since it
does nothing (other than confuse people).

It is more or less standard to have objects sorted in pt, so we may as
well offer that as an option.  Also, sometimes it may be useful only
to produce the first N objects of a type, so I added that option as
well.

This is to allow dropping in the ISelectionAccessor in cases that
