Allow ART testing script to recognize DAODs (coming from the previous nightly's ART tests) as an input. Also added a single new ART test to test this out with the SUSY1 derivation. Former-commit-id: ea6482d37943396372a043afcc7c185e1247a624

The minimum pt for the legacy VR track jets remains at 2 GeV for backward compatibility. The raised cut reduces the CPU consumption of the GhostTag jets to 77% of that for legacy VR track jets. I've also removed the `ptminFilter` option from both jet collections, since it does nothing (other than confuse people). Former-commit-id: 3a836ca37e04b7ffe41531c742f92487565c9058
