Fix issue of the electron IsEM selector returning a StatusCode when it needed to return an int

c9a2cb3f Fix bug in AsgElectronIsEMSelector.cxx returning a StatusCode instead of int.

* Update to the share/HiggsMCsamples.cfg file which controls which samples are decorated with the HTXS variables (higgs template x-section). The H->tautau, H->mumu, H->ee, and H LFV samples were added.
* Update to the slimming in HIGG4D6 to allow callibration of the lep-had DiTau ID. Extra electron, muon, tau and anti-kT4 jet variables were added. This update leads to ~30% increase in the HIGG4D6 size, but the format size itself still remains at a sub-percent level.
