EOS workspace mountpoint

Bring the /eos/workspace/ mountpoint.

Needed by FTS CI pipelines to reach the project space via EOS fusemount. Publish jobs in FTS use the following Docker image, which configures the EOS mounts via the cern-eos-mountpoint-config RPM:
