Now using commodity library charts in /utils (e.g.: instantiate shared resources like the secret eos sss keytab, groups the definition of components' hostnames, enable persistence)
eos version update to latest 4.8.57 (appVersion)
docker images trimmed down in size, now built an published to dedicated registries "gitlab-registry.cern.ch/dss/eos/eos-{all,fusex}"
