Add a field for cta-admin tape ls

Eric Wayne Vaandering requested to merge ewv/xrootd-ssi-protobuf-interface:cta-664 into master

As agreed with CTA developers and @mdavis in cta/CTA#664 we'd like to add a field to enable display of the CTA tape label format.

Should be tagged v1.15
