Remove duplicate mount points from singularity test

The current release of singularity (2.4.6) fails if mount points are duplicated. For the SAM tests, this is /srv, /tmp, and /var/tmp.

This should update the tests to match recent CMS glideinWMS changes from CMSSI/CMSglideinWMSValidation@e12b294e.
