Change checkError and checkDeviation to have open limit if chosen

Maurice Pierre Morgenthaler requested to merge maurice/dev/fix_checkError_limit into master

The manual promises that if -max_error, -max_error_1D and/or -max_deviation are set to 0 the plot skips to check the difference to the standard value and plots the results as they are. Now, it actually does that.
