Exhaustive help functions now available for all the (optional) arguments and nice-ish manual is printed.

I created a dictionary for the arguments from argParser which are loaded and printed as a nice table. Added some colorCoding and one can print the manual without specifying a year now (when -man, I assign year with 2016_25ns 'by hand')
