Pseduo sim to waveform rec

Add in code to take the simulation HITS for the scintillators or calo, add up the energy in each channel and store this in the integral field of the xAOD waveform class (the other fields are set to 0). This is a pseudo, infinitely good reco. Added example job options and tested this worked in latest version.

Note, currently the offline ID is filled in the channel field of the xAOD waveform but should be updated to the ID field when Eric adds this.
