Sim/Digi script updates

General updates to the sim/digi configuration and submission scripts.

• Add support for standalone digi (from EVNT files)
• Fixed Faser vertical offset
• Allow simulation of partial files (e.g. from Genie samples)
• Add support for digi+merge (for large HITS files)
• Tweak events per file in ParticleGun samples
