Update Calo Energy Calibration

This MR adds to the energy calibration code such that the calibrated xAOD collections 'CaloHits' and 'PreshowerHits' store Edep, E_EM, and N_MIP. Also updates CaloRecTools to access new db folder where both HV_ref and charge_ref payloads are in the MIP_ref folder.
