Vertexing

Why: We want to analyze dark photon signals, beginning with the mock data. We want to be able to look at positive and negative track properties individually and to test reasonable cuts on the data. This is the start of the efficiency analysis, with more truth-data studies to follow.

What: I have written an algorithm that is a version of Dave's previous vertexing algorithm combined with Deion's NtupleDumper. It has separate branches for positive and negative tracks. It also gets the truth information for the dark photon vertex.
