add dipole and scintillator in the tracking geometry and add the alignment algorithm

Updated the tracking geometry, i.e. added the material surface for dipole, veto and trigger stations. New material map is also provided. Added the algorithm for alignment based on CKF, currently in the FaserActsKalmanFilter package, will re-organize this package in future.
