2024 startup updates

Updates for start of data taking in 2024

Includes:

• Updates to unpack 2nd digitizer from raw data
• Updates to ECal identifier definition file to properly recognize PMT ID
• Updates to allow reco of 2nd digitizer readout
• Updated version of faser-common to enable reading compressed data
• Refactorized calo reconstruction to make adding 2nd set of calo channels easier
• Updated ntuple making to save 2nd calo channels
