Fasermc mc24

Changes to job submission scripts to match new MC24 simplified configuration. In particular, shell script no longer takes any arguments aside from --eos and --log. Other arguments are automatically passed to the python job directly. Did add --noClobber option to provide some protection against overwriting output files.
