Renamed and overhauled update_trb_setting->handleTRBSettings: Supports config dump mode and update mode via explicit input or via json input.

Docs

Added a TRBControl README, documenting:

  • SCT fine time scans
  • SCT LED safe phase detection scans

gpiodrivers update

Updating gpiodrivers that includes new safePhaseDetection script - usage documented in the TRBControls README.

Clean up

Remove deprecated SCT fine time sequences
