Remove the rootpy version of this package

We might be able to drop the rootpy version of this package now completely, since the uproot version has all the same features as of !3 (merged). Maintaining two versions of the code is extra effort, as #1 (closed) implies, and I don't expect the rootpy version will generally be used as much.
