Add datafiles and corresponding grids from paper 2309.02889

Add datafiles from recent ZEUS jet analysis. This commit adds the datafiles for the newly measured HERA II inclusive jets (2309.02889), as well as updated datafiles for the previously measured HERA I inclusive jets (0208037) and HERA I/II dijets (1010.6167). The updated datafiles can be used at both NLO and NNLO, whereas the previous ones could only be used at NLO. Corresponding NNLO girds for all three measurements are included. The grids for the HERA II inclusive jets are placed in the directory of the corresponding H1 analysis, since the two measurements use the same cross section definition and therefore the same grids.
