Update applgrid

update towards latest applgrid-1.5.9 (presently used version 1.4.70 cannot be compiled with gcc-7.3.0) as part of this update, removed headers which were put into include/appl_grid some time ago to be seen instead of problematic headers from original applgrid-1.4.70 be aware: might not work with applgrid-1.4.70 anymore
