Error calculating Large error uncertainties

There is a problem for total error with asymmetric errors. The error is that xFitter calculating the total error without symmetrisation of sys_up and sys_down. Therefore, there is an over estimation of the total uncertainties. Also, Lumi, is not added into the calculation of the total error.

Now, we looking for a generic solution for all potential non-asymmetric sources.
