Skip last replica in profileLHAPDF test

Oleksandr Zenaiev requested to merge fix_profilerLHAPDF_test into master

As agreed, now skipping last replica because difference between 0 and 100 is linear combination of differences between 0 and 1-99 members.

Please test if profilerLHAPDF test works for you now?

(all other tests except chi2scanMTOP should work as well)
