Bug fix photon 2

Voica Ana Maria Radescu requested to merge bug_fix_photon_2 into master

There was a bug in accessing the photon PDF via applgrid due to index which was not extended for the photon PDF and hence the predictions based on photon applgrid were returning zeroth. Now this has been fixed. There is still a question mark regarding the LfastApplgrid - which needs to be checked out.
