Draft: CI updates

Simone Amoroso requested to merge update_ci into master
  • Added minimal build test on different distro and compilers
  • CERES is now installed in the images, so that it can be included in the tests
  • Splitted the full build into xfitter+deps compilation and the actual test suite
  • Added new pipelines testing xfitter-draw and xfitter-profile
