Draft:fix install-xfitter

install-fix into master
  • fix pkg-config with new yaml-cpp
  • remove mela from install-xfitter
  • move lhapdf PDF link needed for APFELgrid installation tests
  • restore compatibility with cmake2 (but newest yaml/apfelxx will require it)
