Fix lhapdf output valerio

Voica Ana Maria Radescu requested to merge fix_lhapdf_output_Valerio into master

This is second attempt to request merge on behalf of Valerio to fix the lhapdf6 outputs. There is ongoing discussion on the sign of "tiny" that is added for smooth transition between subgrids.

However, the initial request was also including the applgrid fixes for the photon PDF which is not yet to be included, as it needs official applgrids to be adjusted for the dimension of the PDFs.
