-- Enable top PDF to be written in lhapdf6 output files.

-- Disable top threshold if top mass is set beyond the kinematic limit. 5 flavours are written to lhapdf6 files in this case

-- Adjust thresholds.inc to include top threshold and qedevol.f to use standard thresholds.

-- Re-organize (simplify) lhapdf6_output.c, fixes the problem that photon PDF was not written above bottom threshold.

Tested for 5 and 6 flavours for standard, DGLAP_QED evolution.
